Strong mind and healthy body.

A practice you can keep, not a template. I coach busy women in Westerly, RI through training and eating that fit the week you actually have — because having a balance is what I enjoy.

Be my next success story

Founding spots, honest start, real progress to show later.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. If you want to be one of the first stories on this page, this is the moment — you get my full attention, weekly check-ins, and a plan built from scratch around you.

“I strive to build a strong relationship with my clients to help them understand fitness so they don't become discouraged.”

Raeanna Brown

Sound familiar

You are not lazy. Your plan just never fit your week.

The shift ran long. The kids needed you. Your head was loud and your energy was gone, and the program you found online assumed none of that was happening.

You start strong for ten days, then one hard week ends the whole thing.

Your doctor mentioned your blood pressure and you would rather handle it now.

You want to feel calm and capable in your body, not just smaller in a photo.

The Practice

Tailored craft, never a copy-and-paste program.

I build a plan for my clients that they can slowly start on their own to see if they can continue. Depending on their interests and goals, I accommodate a routine to meet their needs.

Honesty before enthusiasm

As I get to know you I am honest and open about what is possible or expected, rather than chasing unrealistic goals. Nothing here is oversold.

Built to be continued

The first version is deliberately something you can start on your own. If you can keep it, we build on it. If you cannot, we change it — that is information, not failure.

Understanding, not obedience

I want you to understand why the plan looks the way it does, so you can adapt it for the rest of your life instead of needing a new program every spring.

Balance on purpose

Training, eating and rest are kept in proportion. Keeping up with not just physical health but dieting and having a balance is the whole method.

How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01

    We talk honestly

Your real week, your history, what you actually want. I tell you plainly what is possible from there.

  2. 02

    I build your plan

A routine shaped to your interests and goals, one you can slowly start on your own to see if you can continue.

  3. 03

    We check in

Daily or weekly check-ups and motivation are always offered. This is where the plan gets better, not where you get graded.

  4. 04

    We adjust and keep going

We keep what works, replace what does not, and let the small honest weeks stack up into strength.

What changes

A body that feels stronger every day, and a head that stays steady.

Weeks 1–3

Movements click. Sessions stop feeling awkward and your numbers move before your mirror does.

Weeks 4–8

Sleep, mood and everyday energy shift first. Stairs, groceries and long shifts get easier.

Months 3–4

Physique change becomes visible to you and to the people around you, built on structure you repeated.

Honest answers

The things people ask me first.

I do not know where to start.

That is the normal starting point, and it is the easiest one to work with. I build a plan you can slowly start on your own, we see what you can continue, and we adjust from there. You do not need to arrive with knowledge — that is my part.

I have tried programs before and they did not stick.

Most programs are written for a life other than yours. I get to know your week first, and I am honest and open about what is possible or expected rather than chasing unrealistic goals. When the plan fits, continuing stops taking willpower.

I do not have time to be in the gym daily.

You should not be. Two or three sessions you genuinely repeat beat a daily plan you abandon in week three. When your week compresses, we shrink the session instead of cancelling it.

Can we work around blood pressure or shift work?

Yes, and it changes the plan on purpose. Irregular sleep and blood pressure both affect how much training load makes sense, so we plan around your real schedule and keep the effort steady rather than heroic.
